Get any design you want on your unique Jacquard's Finest customized hoodies. Once your order is placed you will be contacted the same day or the following morning about what pictures you want to include in your customized designed. This is a great option if you love have a hoodie with your brand logo, pictures of loved ones, or need a unique concert outfit.
DESIGN CONSULTATION-
Each customer is given three design consultations which means after you've received your graphic design image, you're able to request for any edits that you wish. However, you're only allowed to do this only three times. Since I create the graphic design images and sew the sweaters. This helps with ensuring that I'm not spending too much time on one order, which would cause me to delay other orders. It's important to know somewhat of what you want or at least provide me with enough images so I can create exactly what you're looking for as well.

HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS
Shipping for all orders takes a minimum of 2 to 2.5 weeks to create and deliver because they are Made-To-Order custom products. Standard shipping orders will take 2-2.5 weeks to create and deliver. Express shipping orders will take 2.3-3 weeks to create and deliver. Please note that customers who placed a "Create Your Own" order; the shipping time period will start once you've confirmed your graphic design for your order.
WHERE DO I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
You will receive your tracking number 1o days after you've placed your order. This is once I received your custom fabric from my manufacture.
IS THERE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Currently, Jacquard's Finest only ships within the United States.
Returns
All orders are non-refundable because they are custom orders. For customers who placed an "Create Your Order", make sure you carefully review every detail of your customized graphic image before approving.
