HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?

Shipping for all orders takes a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks to create and deliver because they are Made-To-Order custom products. Standard shipping orders will take 2.5-3 weeks to create and deliver. Express shipping orders will take 2-2.5 weeks to create and deliver. Please note that customers who've placed a "Create Your Own" order; the shipping time period will start once you've confirmed your graphic design for your order.

WHERE DO I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

You will receive your tracking number 14 days after you've placed your order. This is once I received your custom fabric from my manufacture.

IS THERE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Currently, Jacquard's Finest is only shipping nationally within the United States.
